For my bro and SIL for xmas I'm making a bunch of sweet things, and I made up some recipe cards to go with. I used this template http://h10050.www1.hp.com/activitycenter/us/en/maker/recipe_card.html
This is a similar thing http://sewmamasew.com/blog2/?p=3538 with a folder as well (I was going to make the folder but I think I'll stress out too much). I ended up using a fabric back and because I couldn't find vinyl, I used contact which really is quite dodgy but it makes them spillproof at least!
