As promised, a few things we do with tortillas:

- bean & salad wrap. Mashed red kidney beans cooked with garlic, onion, cumin, paprika, s&p, corn kernals + lettuce, tomato, avocadao + salsa & natural yogurt

- leftover cooked chook pieces with salad with garlic yogurt

- bolognaise sauce with natural yogurt or fetta cheese

- lamb strips cooked with rosemary & garlic + lettuce, tomato, capsicum, + either garlic yogurt or mint yogurt.

I do a mexican bean one similar to Ayla's and I love to make falafal (sp?) wraps too with tabuli, tamato, onion, lettus and humous - just like you buy from the kabab shop :)
Another nice one is roasted pumkin, fetta, rocket, baby spinach, simi sundried toms, avocado and roasted capsicum
ooh I'm hungry :lol

Yesterday we wrapped chicken with couscous and lentil and tofu salad (lots of garlic, sweet chili, salad leaves etc) and a broad bean salad in organic wrap bread. It was DANGEROUSLY GOOD! We took it to the museum and ate in their cafeteria ... and looking at everyone elses food made me feel very superior :lol
