Slow cooker recipe - meat
artemis of the eucalypts
I made up this today....it was goooood!
soak 4 handfulls of navy beans and 2 handfulls of lentils over night.
drain and boil 10mins. Put in slow cooker.
5-600g slow cook steak ( I used chuck), browned on stove top in some oil.
1 jar of passata
1 onion
2 carrots
1 stick of celery
oregano and basil (I used dry) to taste
salt and pepper to taste.
water if you think it needs it
add all above to slowcooker with par cooked lentils and beans.
cook all day
eat :)
