TWO 15-year-old boys have been charged by police after allegedly hog-tying and "dacking" a younger student who suffers from cystic fibrosis.
It will be alleged one of the boys held the 14-year-old victim in headlock while the other tied his hands behind his back.
Police say the incident happened on a school bus in Secret Harbour on November 26.
The alleged victim was unable to breathe when the string being used to tie him up became wrapped around his neck.
Police claim one of the boys pulled down the victim's shorts while he was hog-tied, exposing his underwear.
The assault ended when another student intervened and freed the boy.
The two boys were charged with deprivation of liberty and indecent assault. They will appear in Rockingham Children’s Court on December 17.
